EU Register of Interest Representatives
The European Commission has set up the voluntary Register of Interest Representatives, in the context of the European Transparency Initiative, so that citizens can find out about the general or specific interest groups that influence the decision-making process of European institutions and the budgets they have for this purpose. By registering, organisations undertake to adhere to the code of conduct and thus can demonstrate their strong commitment to transparency and the legitimacy of their activities.
